  • Led the Product Team in identifying challenges and defining product strategy. Formalized company-wide design philosophy and principles, and helped to introduce a formal user research practice to cultivate a human-centric, data informed product culture.

    - B2B tooling system for Operations team (Managed service): unifed disparate tools and cost-saving operational processes
    - Generative mobile user research: Building empathy for mobile users, and identiying new product market opportunities
    - Engagement Management Platform: Design and launch company's first SaaS product (private beta) to support the marketer’s full campaign cycle with unique 1st party data based on mobile exposure and engagement, and to increase campaign effectiveness.
