Spotify Advertising’s business caters to a large mix of different business verticals with a wide range in team sizes. We want to expand on Ad Studio’s parity features by expanding our current accounts system from a 1:1:1 business structure (1 org, 1 ad account, 1 user) to a self-serve 1:X:Y structure: a flexible organization business layer with one or multiple ad accounts, with one or multiple members of various access roles and permissions.

Breadth of work:
Co-led with User Research Manager on research plans, led internal customer interviews, led journey mapping and affinity mapping workshops with Product and engineering managers, worked across multiple squads to design and implement a holistic end-to-end self-service multi business management experience, introduced and iterated a roles & permissioning system for internal and external customers, grew and optimized billing management toolings and taskflows, defined additional roadmap opportunities and feature builds
